The purpose of the San Joaquin County Correctional Officers Association is to ensure and advance officer safety, promote harmonious employee relations with San Joaquin County, establish equitable and peaceful procedure for resolution of differences, negotiate salaries, working conditions, and any other conditions of employment, increase community involvement, and focus contributions toward legislative and political programs that are consistent with the advancement of the San Joaquin County Correctional Officers Association.
